Working Capital

For the timely payment of milk received from milk cooperative societies associated with milk cooperative unions of the state and by storing SMP and WMP at relatively low rates in autumn (flush season) and preparing liquid milk as per requirement in lean season, the institutions will get funds as per their requirements under the scheme. Funding will be done under the head so that after getting working capital, SMP / WMP can be stored by the institutions and business activities can be increased by using it as per the requirement.

With the help of working capital the lack of financial liquidity in the institution will end, due to which the milk payment of milk cooperatives can be done on time. On timely milk payment to the milk producers, the milk procured from the milk societies of the district can be stored in the milk union, due to which the institution will get financial benefits. In this way the business of the milk union will increase and the economic condition of the institution will be strengthened.
